Questions
Can I use it today?
You can create an account and look around the platform today. The modules themselves are being built in the order businesses ask for them, so register interest or WhatsApp us and tell us what you need most.
Do I pay anything now?
No. Prices on this site are proposed starting prices, and no payment is taken yet. When payments start, they will go through a secure payment page. We will never ask for your card details on WhatsApp or email.
Do I have to take all four modules?
No. That is the point of I Work 121. Pick one module, and add more later if you need them. Everything shares one company account and one team list.
How does the vehicle discount work?
The Car & Fuel Tracker is priced per vehicle per month, and every 5th vehicle is free. 5 vehicles cost the same as 4, 10 cost the same as 8, and 20 cost the same as 16.
Does the Car & Fuel Tracker use GPS?
No. Drivers record odometer readings and fuel slips with photos on their phone. It does not include live GPS tracking or tracking hardware.
Can it read fuel slips automatically?
Not in the first version. Drivers type the amount and litres and attach a photo of the slip, so a manager can check it. Automatic reading may come later.
Is my business data safe?
Each company's records are kept separate in the database itself, and every person signs in with their own account and role. We will not accept real customer data until security, backups and our POPIA details have been checked.
